Precipitated silica is a widely used material for rubber reinforcement. Generally speaking, precipitated silica
(except for superfine and surface treatment) The reinforcing effect is not as good as carbon black, so it is a semi reinforcing filler material. Therefore, the percentage of carbon black to be replaced shall be determined according to the use occasion. Precipitated white carbon black is used in rubber products such as inner and outer tires of automobiles, dumpers, trucks, tractors, forklifts, bicycles, industrial belts, rubber hoses, pads, rubber plates, threshing cots for grain processing, rubber shoes and other rubber industrial products. Adding a certain amount of white carbon black to ordinary tires can improve the service life of tires. According to the research and test results of the tire formula of the former German company, if 10-20 portions of white carbon black can be added, the bonding and tear resistance can be improved, the driving mileage of the tire can be increased, and at the same time, the grip of the tire on the road can be enhanced, which is conducive to safe driving. The driving mileage of tires in China is lower than the international level, and the reason for not using white carbon black is one of the reasons. In addition, due to the large calorific value of carbon black, foreign automobile tires used for highways also tend to add white carbon black. At present, the requirements of domestic and international markets for bicycle tyres are also increasingly diversified. For example, new fancy varieties such as tire edge colorization and flash rings are produced by replacing carbon black with white carbon black. In the production of rubber shoes, people not only require the fastness of rubber shoes, rain boots, sports shoes, tourism shoes, fitness shoes, ballet shoes, etc., but also require beautiful colors, comfort and portability. Silica is not only of good reinforcement, wear resistance, skid resistance and vamp adhesion, but also a good light color reinforcement material, so it plays an important role in providing the quality and style of shoes in the development of rubber shoes.
The environment-friendly precipitated silica produced by us is a compact environment-friendly product JS-185GR. The powder is formed by pelletizer to prevent dust from flying. It can be effectively dispersed in tires, mainly used in radial and industrial truck tires.
