                                        Introduction of Precipitated Silica(SiO2)

Precipitated silica is commonly known as white carbon black, also known as hydrated silicic acid, light weight: silica. Its chemical expression is generally written as mSi02 ● nH20. Its appearance is white and highly dispersed amorphous powder. It is also processed into granules as a commodity. The specific gravity is 2.319~2.653, and the melting point is 1750C. Insoluble in water and most acids, it will become aggregated fine particles after absorbing water in the air. It is soluble in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid. It is stable to other chemicals, resistant to high temperature, does not decompose, and does not burn. It has high electrical insulation, porosity, large internal surface area, water absorption and non-toxic.

Introduction to precipitated silicon trioxide:

Precipitated silica is commonly known as white carbon black, also known as hydrated silicic acid, light silica, and chemically formula is generally written as mSi02 ● nH20, which is a white highly dispersed amorphous powder, and is also processed into granules as a commodity. The specific gravity is 2.319~2.653, and the melting point is 1750 "C. It is insoluble in water and most acids, and will become aggregated fine particles after absorbing water in the air. It can be soluble in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid. It is stable to other chemicals, resistant to high temperature, decomposition, and combustion. It has high electrical insulation, porosity, large internal surface area, water absorption, and non-toxic. CAS N0:14464-46-1.

Product characteristics:

Adhesion, anti adhesion, anti caking, condensation, controlled release, carrier, flow aid, improved printing effect, mechanical effect, special additives for thermoplastic, reinforcement, rheological control, whitening. Hydrophobic white carbon black after surface modification is easily soluble in oil and can be used as reinforcing filler for rubber and plastics, which will significantly improve the mechanical strength and tear resistance of its products. Due to different manufacturing methods, the physical and chemical properties and microstructure of white carbon black will be different, so its application fields and effects are also different.
