Preparation Method of Precipitated Silica
The precipitation method for preparing silica technology includes the following categories:
(1) Preparation of highly dispersed silica in organic solvents;
(2) The acidifier reacts with the silicate aqueous solution, and the precipitate is separated and dried to prepare silica;
(3) Alkali metal silicate is mixed with inorganic acid to form silica hydrosol, which is then transformed into gel particles, dried, washed with hot water, dried again, and calcined to obtain silica; (Chemical precipitation method)
(4) Preparation of silica by carbonation of water glass; (Carbonization precipitation method)
(5) Non spherical silica with smooth edges was prepared by spray granulation.
