Applicaition:Food grade silica,used as anti-caking agent in the coffee products

Silicon dioxide here is mainly used as an anti-caking agent, which can keep the coffee powder dry and fluidity, and prevent caking for a long time.

Silica can be used as food additives. The national standard "Hygienic Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (GB2760-2011) stipulates that it can be used for egg powder, sugar powder, milk powder, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, plant powder, instant coffee, soup powder, etc., with a maximum usage of 15g/kg.

Silica in instant coffee is harmless to human body as long as it is used within the standard limit.
