For all the powder product,there is the problem of caking.Vitamin animal premix feed is the same.The main purpose of vitamin premix is to maintain the activity of vitamin because of its poor stability and low capacity. Material with low crude fiber content, low bulk density, near neutral pH, stable chemical properties, rough surface and low moisture (generally less than 9%) should be selected as carriers, such as colloidal rice bran, secondary flour, dry yeast and fine bran powder. Although corn is low in price, its performance is poor. It is easy to classify. The carrier of microelement premix should choose materials with stable chemical properties and similar specific gravity. Zeolite powder with 60% silica content can be selected, followed by calcium hydrogen phosphate and stone powder.
Micro pear; silica, with uniform particle size and large adsorption capacity, is suitable for use as a carrier of liquid materials, and can maintain high bulk density and good fluidity.
