Our silica can be applied in coating products .The silica has thixotropic property. Adding a small amount of silica in the coating can eliminate the drop deposition. In unsaturated polyester coatings, as long as 0.5% ~ 2% concentration of self carbon black is added, the coating can be applied 5009 / m2 each time on the vertical surface without droplets and wrinkles. Adding self carbon black to pigment can not only imitate the precipitation of pigment, but also improve the adsorption and dispersion of pigment and dye. When used as the filler of emulsion coating, the thermal stability can be improved. In order to meet the requirements of paint and ink matting agent for self carbon black, matting agent special products have been developed and produced abroad. When nitro varnishes and similar coatings contain a matting agent precipitated from carbon black. It can improve the non precipitation property of the paint, and make the paint disperse easily with little thickening effect. It has good suspension property, excellent extinction property, high transparency and good wear resistance.
