Application of Precipitated Silica in Feed Industry

 Product Introduction
Precipitated silica (feed grade), also known as precipitated white carbon black, is refined through a water glass-acid precipitation process. Its SiO₂ content is ≥96%, and heavy metal, fluorine, and lead levels are all below national standards, complying with EU1831/2019 feed additive standards.

Anti-caking and Anti-blocking: A 0.3-0.8% addition significantly improves feed flowability, resolving the problems of "arching" and "bridging" in hot and humid seasons.
Moisture-Proof and Fresh-Preserving: With a specific surface area of 200-300 m²/g, it absorbs excess moisture and odors from feed, extending shelf life by 30-50 days.
Nutrient Carrier: It evenly disperses liquid active ingredients such as choline, enzymes, and essential oils, minimizing fractionation.
Enhanced Absorption: Its nanoporous structure stimulates intestinal villi development, increasing egg production by 2-4% and reducing the feed-to-meat ratio by 0.05-0.08. Green and safe: Antibiotic-free and carcinogen-free, ISO22000 and FAMI-QS certified, ensuring worry-free export.
III. Application Solutions
• Premix: Add 1-2 kg per ton to prevent caking in high-copper and high-zinc formulations.
• Concentrate: Blend with choline chloride in a 1:1 ratio to prevent moisture and stickiness.
• Aquaculture feed: Co-encapsulate with fish oil to reduce oxidative loss and enhance appetizer appeal.
