1. Specific surface area
The reinforcement effect of silica mainly depends on its specific surface area. During mixing, it is difficult to disperse, has high heat generation, high Mooney viscosity and is easy to scorch. Therefore, the specific surface area and specific surface area are different for different formulations and uses The effect of product on the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber is not consistent.
2. Oil absorption value
The oil absorption value reflects the structural degree. The oil absorption value is large, and the structural degree is small. The tensile strength, tensile strength and hardness of vulcanizates are generally large, especially the wear resistance is small, but the elongation is low.
3. Ignition loss at 900 ℃
When the surface hydroxyl group is too much, it is easy to cause the structure of rubber composite and make the material brittle. The results showed that the processability of vulcanizate was affected, and the vulcanization time was prolonged.
4. 105 ℃ heating decrement
It reflects the amount of free water in the particle space. When the amount of free water is too small, the rubber compound is highly structured and difficult to mix. If the heating loss is zero, white carbon black is useless and generally controlled at about 6%.
5. PH value
Generally around 7, the pH value increases (acid decreases), and the vulcanization speed of rubber increases.
6. Soluble salt
The less the better, but the less, the higher the cost.
