The structuralization of silicone rubber is a common problem. Silica causes the silicone rubber to be structured, mainly based on the massive hydrogen bonding of silica and high molecular weight polysiloxanes. According to their reinforcing effect,silicone rubber reinforcing filler can be divided into reinforcing filler, and non-reinforcing filler, the former diameter of 10 ~ 50nm, the specific surface area of 70 ~ 400m2 / g, reinforcing The effect is better; the latter is usually 300 ~ 10000nm, the specific surface area below 30m2 / g, the reinforcing effect is poor.
