Precipitated silica used in solid pesticide formulations
Solid agrochemical formulations have been many years of history, cocoon production of wettable powder (WP), granules (GR) and water dispersant (WG).
The advantage of the granule formulation is that their packaging is easy to empty and leave no pollution. In addition, the powder will produce dust, in terms of production safety is undesirable. So powder formulations are increasingly being replaced by granule formulations or liquid systems.
Precipitated Silica can be used as a builder, anti-caking agent, grinding aid and liquid active carrier in solid formulations. Wettable powder (WP) formulations treated with our products are well flowable and difficult to agglomerate when stored.
